Greenleaf Capital, LLC is the real estate division of HCI Group, Inc., a larger publicly traded company on the NYSE. Greenleaf, owns, manages, and develops commercial properties in the rapidly growing state of Florida. Greenleaf’s portfolio is comprised of waterfront land, marinas, retail, office buildings, and more.
Our most recent acquisition is a property which is home to three corporate office buildings in the Westshore business district of Tampa. Another interesting opportunity is our waterfront property of 9 acres on the waters of Tampa Bay situated in what will become Tampa’s newly completed Westshore Interchange expansion. Greenleaf has vastly increased its market cap with these acquisitions. We also own three other class A office properties; located in Tampa’s Westshore business district, Sable Park, FL and Ocala, FL.
Greenleaf Capital’s retail properties across the state of Florida include a Publix anchored center outside of Lakeland, and an Aldi anchored center in Clearwater. We own and operate two waterfront marinas and retail properties in Pinellas County, the Tierra Verde Marina in Tierra Verde, FL and John’s Pass Marina in Treasure Island, FL.
Since 2011 our goal is to acquire properties with unique value drivers to optimize our capital structure; generating gains with development, management, repositioning, and reinvestment.
